Stitch with SACSS 5th Graduation Celebration at SACSS

December 12 marked an exciting milestone at SACSS as we celebrated the 5th graduation of participants from our Stitch with SACSS Program. This program provides women with valuable skills in tailoring and stitching, offering them opportunities to achieve financial independence and support their families.

We were honored to have City Council Member Shaker Krishnan and Mizanur M. Rahman, one of our board members in attendance to recognize the achievements of the graduates and the impact of the program. Their presence highlighted the importance of community support and collaboration in empowering individuals to succeed.

The Stitching Program is more than just a skills training initiative—it’s a step toward enabling economic freedom and a brighter future for the women we serve. Congratulations to all the graduates on their hard work and accomplishments!

Students from the Basic & Intermediate English Program and Computer Program also received the completion certificates.
