Senior community members enjoy weekly yoga classes at SACSS Senior Center this September
This September, SACSS hosted many activities for our senior community members from yoga, health awareness, karaoke, and even soapmaking!
Every Tuesday from 11:30-12:30pm, SACSS offers weekly YOGA CLASSES for our seniors at our Senior Center. The classes are led by professional, volunteer yoga teachers that guide our seniors through yoga’s slow, measured movements, strengthening poses and focused breathing to help them improve their balance, flexibility, stability and strength.
