Rotary Club of Hicksville South (RCHS) donates 72 blankets to SACSS

SACSS extends its heartfelt gratitude to the Rotary Club of Hicksville South (RCHS) which so generously donated 72 blankets as part of its Annual Winter Blanket Distribution Project!

In total, over 450 blankets were distributed by RCHS to 10 nonprofits based in Queens and Long Island, including us! 

Rekha Gupta, SACSS Board President and a long time Roatarian was present at the event alongside RCHS Club President Rizwan Qureshi; New York State Senator, the Honorable Mr. Steven D. Rhoads; Nassau County Legislator, the Honorable Rose Marie Walker; Nassau County Executive Director of Minority Affairs, Mr. Lionel Chitty, in addition to numerous other Rotary Club officials and members.
